Dial Tech "Level One" is an Internet technology based security system for households and individuals requiring a cellular phone based panic alarm system.
- In an emergency, you simply press your speed dial button to call our automated centre, your call is automatically logged on our system and your call is disconnected without incuring any cost to you.
- An SMS is sent to a response vehicle in your area. This cuts down the security company's response time considerabely.
- A fax or SMS is sent to the response company's control room.
- An SMS can be sent to family members, friends and neighbours.
There are no call charges involved.

Personal panic alarm - Duress
Dial Tech "Level Two" is an Internet technologies based system, comprising dedicated computers and secure servers to supply every household, business and individual with a phone based panic alarm and emergency rescue system.
- There are no call charges involved
- No equipment is needed other than your cell phone
- You determine your risk areas and program your cell phone speed dial for each area ( in car, home, work, etc )
- In an emergency, the same procedure as level one is followed, but you have up to eight locations to specify that will be will be routed to the call centre
